This has happened to many agencies in Kuala Lumpur , Johor , Melaka , Kota Kinabalu and other states before . All this agencies try to reason out with the Principal office for solid reasons for termination but Acescube will just ignore them and keep looking for the next "victims". Public can demand and request Acescube to show all their past "victims" company particulars and ask all of this "victims" to appear in the public to give testimonial and testify how Acescube operate their business and wether they are genuine or not. You will be shocked how Acescube cheated them one after another !

3) Acescube earned fast money by charging high fees for those who are interested to join as their agent or officer. From $500 and till now Acescube is charging $3800 (year 2010) and this fees is still going higher ! ! ! Big Insurance Company and Big Unit trust companies do not charge such high fees to their own future agents ! How can they charge such a high fees ? This is under what Business Law , Company Act and Regulations ? Even MLM companies observed strict rules regarding Sign-Up fees . They pay few levels down just like the MLM pay-out . Officers can recruit officers and they can get some commission from their downline officer sales . Which company in Malaysia charged such high fees ?? Is this legal and who protect the Acescube officers , agencies and franchisee if something goes wrong ??? They are the biggest victims here...
Bank Negara Malaysia , Securities Commission , Bar Council should investigate this wrongdoings (it is just like the illegal deposit taking and MLM pay-out pattern) !
4) Acescube claimed that they have 200 years experience in this industry . Bullshit-lah ! ! !
The Acescube websites say they are formed by a group of retired senior financial professionals who have held top positions in established financial institutions. They claimed that their new journal or SIM ledger payment are produced using manually by calculating and not using any sofware and etc... We know how they work ....we know how they calculate... They use sofware to calculate their SIM50 ! ! !
Moreover , How can an ex-retired banker reveal their own banking secrets to the public ? Isn't this a breach of TRUST ? This ex-bankers should be charged under BAFIA ACT or Official Secret Act (OSA)! ! !
Guess what , many Acescube ex-officers came out and start their own business by following the Acescube business model . Why they can do that ? They manage to buy the Acescube software ! Acescube uses software to calculate and charge a fortune to the customers. Don't believe ? In the market there are already one or two company using the same Acescube technique .... Listed below is one of them....nothing is impossible !

( We , Medina Wealth buy the system from Acescube. Who says Acescube has the only formula in Malaysia and not others...If you have money to dangle in front of Acescube , they will sell you the system ! Cheap , cheap only..... )
5) You may check their internal account by counting how many officers and agencies has signed up AND how many of them are still active in doing this business. You will be suprised ! Only about 20% are still struggling doing this business ! The rest of 80% has given up hope . When they joined , they thought this is a new industry . Actually , it is not. So , they thought they can make money by introducing to friends and relatives . The reality is , they will find it so hard to explain and at the end , Acescube will just swallow the agencies fees one by one. Acescube will terminate them (officers and agencies) , if they do not perform ... By right , Acescube should assist them until they can earn money , right ?
6) Acescube is a copycat company. They followed other company business models and do some modification . That's all ... Read this site below .
7) Since many people ( ex-officers , customers , agencies and franchisee ) has been victimised , I think the Authorities (Bank Negara Malaysia , Bar Council , Securities Commission , Consumer Association of Malaysia , Domestic Trade and Consumers Affair Malaysia) concerned should advertise in all major newspaper (English , Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese) nationwide and request all this victims to come foward (do keep their identity private and confidential) and provide them with legal assistance to make claims against this Acescube company.
Acescube has rake in lots of money by recruiting officers ( They need to pay a fee of $3800 , price is going up again) and Agencies / Franchisess ( They easily need to pay $20K , $30K , $70K , $100K and above ) They have easily made about $500,000 to $1,000,000 (million) already from year 2008 till now ! I have not calculated payment / service charges from customer . This is just the beginning ...Acescube is expanding soon ! Stop them before more people gets hurt !

If Medina Wealth Company are being manipulated by Acescube and Acescube concealed their scam secrets from the public , I think Medina Wealth Directors should sue Acescube for $6 to $8 Million for deceiving them and making their reputation down the drain.
This is their rights to fight them back and recover their capital from Acescube !
9) Acescube use Lawyers to make their service look credible . However , did the lawyers know that Acescube has been cheating many agents / officers / agencies ? Many of the officers has drop out ..... They cannot sustain the business. Customers will know that their SIM50 ledger is inaccurate then they will chase after the agents again and again..... Bar council must check their own bar members activities....

I have seen their SIM50 Ledger before ....nothing to shout about ....
In fact , this was shown by their own Agent and he has left the company feeling cheated !
His own customer case was not settled , no 99% accuracy .....Acescube Admin says they will settle the case but it is already 6 months ago....
Customer still chasing after him because they always claimed 99% accuracy...
My advice is Join this existing reputable Company and not Acescube ! You will save more money ....Their fees are FREE - FOC !
